Rebekah has a wealth of experience in litigation and litigation finance, having previously worked in the Disputes team of White & Case LLP, in-house at a London-based litigation fund, and as a litigation funding and after-the-event insurance broker.
With a focus on commercial litigation and international arbitration, Rebekah’s clients have included global financial institutions, multinational corporates, and sovereign states. Rebekah offers lawyers and their clients guidance and help creating solutions for hedging risk, providing cash flow and maximising recovery. She has worked on a huge variety of matters, including competition claims, employment and shareholder group actions, international arbitrations (ICC, LCIA, ICSID, SIAC), insolvency litigation, intellectual property disputes, high-value contentious probate and banking and finance disputes.
Rebekah is US-trained lawyer (New York Bar) and holds an LLM in International Law from University College London.
