Erso Capital is a dedicated commercial litigation fund with substantial financial resources via our institutional investors, that provides capital to small and medium sized businesses, large corporations, and law firms across the full spectrum of legal asset opportunities.
We provide finance for legal fees and expenses for individual cases, funding facilities for portfolios of cases, through to monetization arrangements in relation to existing awards or bankruptcy claim assets.
Our ethos is always to deliver solutions that work for both parties. Our knowledge, broad investment mandate, and flexible approach are what often set us apart from of our peers. Far more than just another provider of litigation finance capital, we work alongside our partners at TheJudge, specialists in litigation insurances within the Thomas Miller Group), we are often able to deliver several different options to address a given litigation funding or legal risk management need. Our History
Erso Capital was established by a team of highly experienced and seasoned industry professionals with over 60 years’ combined experience in commercial litigation finance and risk transfer.
Our fund vehicles benefit from substantial institutional investors and is co-founded by the Thomas Miller Group, a global insurance and asset manager founded in 1885, and currently managing over USD $3.5bn of assets and over USD $1bn gross written premium per annum.
Our Capital
Between discretionary funds, single managed accounts and co-investment funds, Erso can consider capital commitments from USD $100,000 to over USD $250m.
